Single-shot shotgun magazine
While we're talking unusual shotguns, ran into this pic. Appears to be a gizmachie that adds a tube magazine to your single-shot!

I guess that bolt which acts as a barrel pivot holds the device in place.

I wonder if that contraption folds down out of the way when shooting?
Otherwise it looks like it would be aimed at your left eye if shooting right handed.
