Winchester Model 12 20 gauge
What is a fair asking price for a Model 12 Winchester in 20 gauge with a 30 inch barrel??Excellent original factory condition made in 1948. Plain barrel with no rib and unmolested condition. Special order barrel length??

Here in Michigan, you’d be hard pressed to get more than $550. You would probably do better at auction.

What Chad says, same here in Ohio. Hi condition 12s & 16s : $450, 20s about $100 more. Good shooters $300 up. Lots of M12s on market and new shooters want the camo or black guns.

I picked up a 20ga M12 from a LGS about a month ago with a 26” marked cylinder choked barrel for $250.00. These things are almost never found with anything but full or modified choke in 30, or occasionally 28” barrels.
I’ve done well at this LGS finding used guns: they focus on black guns and they tend to be a bit ignorant on used guns they take in trade when dealing with guns that are blue steel and wood.
