Recently acquired a semi auto 1927A1. Question I have is drum lubrication. I have read on internet that the drum needs greased and you use a home made tool to do so. Talking to a friend who owns full auto Thompson he stated he does not grease his drum magazines. I get mixed information on internet.
Do I need to grease drum or not??
Very confused.
