What you show is the Firing Pin Extension.
There are 2 lengths of those for the T14 Nambu
The one you have is the Long version and should measure 54mm.
It is full round in the forward section,,no slab sided cuts.
The actual firing pin itself for this would be the Short version (65mm long). On a Late mfgr T14 it should have the large dia firing pin 'tip'.
(only a few of the Short version firing pins had the earlier small dia tip.
If you happen to get one of the pistols with that combination that was made only for a short time, then the large tip version FP can easily be turned down to a small tip.)
Is the actual firing pin still (stuck) up inside the bolt? It should come back out of the bolt when you remove the cocking knob, firing pin extension & spring.
The firing pin spring (coil) was the same used in either firingpin/firing pin extension length combinations.
As far as I remember to TD the 14,,
Put the Safety on FIRE
With the magazine in place, retract the slide and & it will lock it in place.
After removing the firing pin extension, spring and FP itself from the retracted bolt,,place the cocking piece back onto the back of the bolt.
Hold the bolt back and remove the magazine, That'll free the bolt and let it down easy.
Remove the grips and screws.
Now push the magazine release in and pull the trigger guard assembly downward. ..No need to push in on the bbl..
Pull the mag release out along with it's small spring.
Place the pistol on SAFE
Take the cocking knob off the back of the pistol and be ready to contain the inner parts as they come back
Take the locking bolt out and then remove the bolt itself..
IIRC, the magazine itself is not made to be disassembled in any quick TD fashion. If it works leave it alone.
About all I remember about them.
