Went with to a gun show in Georgia Saturday with my son. Hadn't been to one in years. HOLY SMOKE.........$12.00 to get in. Was a sea of plastic. Bolt guns/AR's and plastic pistols. I could have toted all the Smiths/Rugers and Colts out in one plastic BI-LO grocery bag. Prices on that trivial stuff was butt high to a giraffe. Left and decided to hit pawn shops in the area. In one they had the ENTIRE collection of Remington's Nylon .22's on one wall and a collection of Winchester galley rifles on another. Would sell just one but would entire collection of either. Second stop I bought a Henry .22 pump(the Winchester's are still eluding me). Cuz I don't have an octagon bbl. exposed hammer .22 in my collection. Hit 4 more places. Saw and handled a new Python. Saw a 6 in 28, a 4 in 625 45acp, a 3 1/2 in 27 and a stainless mtn gun in a large caliber. I have those bases covered. So......No more GS. Just Pawn shops.
