In honor of D-Day, I took a pic of this old fighting knife that I was given, an old EGW. Anyone else have a old fighting knife lying around.

Neat knife and a bottle opener to boot. Does it seem to be made out of good steel?

Mine isn't very old maybe 20 years or so. It is an USAF Survival knife I bought at the BX years ago. I still take it with me when I hike up in the mountains. Great knife for the price.
