I don't have any really, but I do have this one that's sort of ugly I suppose. It's a Sears-Roebuck 12 gauge pump that I got about 1978 or so. Paid $99.00 for it, new, with an extra 24" slug barrel.
The wood finish got worn quickly, so I just painted the thing camo. The camo has held up a lot better than the original finish.
It's ridden for miles mostly in Hanover County, Va, tossed in the back of a pickup, or bungee corded to the roll bar of my jeep, or simply in the crook of my arm or across my back on a sling. It carried 3", Number 1 buckshot "like a rifle", and never failed me. Every deer it was ever pointed at dropped, and didn't get up again.
It's the gun I've had the longest, and I don't suppose it will ever go anywhere else, as long as I'm here anyway.
Oh. I've got a couple of Glocks, but they don't count do they? I mean they come out of the box that way.

The old worn guns don't look ugly to me. They look like they have stories to tell.
When I think of ugly guns, I think of my Browning Buckmark.
With the factory paint splash paint job that apparently was inspired by a drunken 4th grader and the bottom $ cheap Hogue red grips I found, this looks like something from USC.
My UCLA grad wife finds it offensive. I prefer the term tacky or gaudy.
On the plus side, it does shoot well...

Here's my ugliest gun. It is what I believe to be a Marlin model 18 pump action .22 s, l, lr caliber. It was passed to me by my father. It was previously owned by my great uncle Tone, who served in the U.S. Cavalry under Pershing during the Mexican Incursion. The rifle has a Winchester barrel, which I suspect was installed sometime during the Great Depression. It shoots and functions great.

Well, I can't produce a Sub 2000, but I can show off a Kel Tec that I think is even more ugly. (but it shoots darn good)
Kel Tec's CP33........... and I thought my PMR 30 was ugly...... (well, I guess the ugly didn't go away, it just got beat)
They're both good shooters actually, butt UUUUU-GLY!

Not the worst I have or have had, but one I have a pic of anyway.
Colt New Service from 1905 (IIRC)
45 Colt caliber
Great bore and action the outside not so great.
It just looked lonely sitting in with a bunch of plastic wonder pistols at show a couple yrs back, so it came home with me.
I have a Stevens Favorite in 25cal somewhere that is really a rusty pitted end to end with broken tang garden stake at best. But I think I can save it,,it's a good project.
The lever works!
I'll get it out and post a pic or two.

A friend gave me a bunch of pistols and parts a few years back. Most of the pistols were missing parts, but this one was all there.
It's a Dan Wesson Model 14-2. It has no finish, lots of dings and cuts, and is missing both grip medallions. It had black electrical tape wrapped around the grips and covering up the medallion holes. It's tight and shoots fine, but its had a rough life for sure!

Here's my pair. Scarring on the alloy, and rust on the wheels, LOL. I RB'd and bobbed the M12 myself. The BG is stock. Just good scrubbin', cold blue, and effort, LOL.

I'm seeing lots of fine looking guns on this thread but to me the unugliest of them all is this Excam 22. Accuracy and resale value aside, I'm loving this one.

Of these two guns of mine, I don't know which is uglier.
This one is my main carry pistol. I gave it the name, "Butt Ugly."
S&W M&P Shield in 9mm
This revolver is so light, it's painful to shoot. My wife loved it until she shot it. But when we bought it, she liked it because, "...it's light, fits my hand,and it's pretty." I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder. To me, the faux pearl plastic grips, plastic looking black, and those gold plated appendages...I gag. I call this one, "The Beast."
