Default Westminster Arms M&P Copy?

Saw this the oher day...
barrel legend is Westminster Arms...patent dates etc....left side of barrel is .32 Winchester CTG with Military and Police under it

sideplate is marked a W in a circle with Trademark above it along with No 11926....and Jan 13 TH 1912 under it...
Grips were horn/bone?

Looks like an exact copy of an early 5 screw M&P complete with the 5 screws...
I cant find any info on this....love the history and always trying to learn
Thanks al

My suspicion would be that this is a Spanish (Basque) copy of the M&P from the 1920s, when these were common. The style of ejector rod knob and the .32 caliber support that.

I have not encountered this name or trademark before, but they were creative back then. Any proofs or other marks on parts of the gun not visible in the pictures?
