Grips for a Dan Wesson revolver
I am trying to source new grips for a Dan Wesson Revolver Model 41V with 8" barrel.
The grip material will be Resin-S, Ivory.
Below is a photo of the revolver and an example of what I am looking for.
Any ideas are much appreciated.
TY.

I don't see DW Fan in the members list.
I guess I am looking for someone who makes revolver grips for other than the mass produced brands.

For me.
I misunderstood, you are looking for faux ivory? Am I right? I have a beretta stampede that I put that on from a company in Seattle, their name was/is truivory, I dont believe they are producing anymore but there are brands that are, I'll see what I can find out, if you google them I believe you will see names come up who deal now.

Looking around
Truivory is gone, but with a look at a couple of sass sites there was mention of a few makers, probably find yourself something there.

Yes, faux Ivory, specifically Resin-S.

Resin-s
One of the sass sites made reference to resin-s, I'm thinking with some more looking they can be found quite easily, good luck.

I like the look of Target sized smooth Zebrawood on the large frame Dan Wessons
They pop up every now and then
After we get past this China Virus Crisis I would like to find two more for my Model 740 and 741 Dan Wessons
The smaller grips might be fine on a snubby or a 4", I just think they look out of place on a 6" or 8:

Take a look at the Dan Wesson forum. Last time I was on there was someone making custom grips.

American Holly will look just like ivory when dried correctly.

Thanks Bill. At this point I can like lots of options and that would certainly be one.
The challenge is finding someone to build them.
DW's don't have a traditional grip frame so many/most grip artists don't work with them.
If it was easy everyone would do it?

The new materials such as Resin-S often even fool the experts.
Any thoughts on where to have grips made?

I have seen the white resign grips.
Google: Dan Wesson Commemeratives, and view images.
No clue if you can still find a loose set or not, and seem to have only been made in the blockier target style.
