Default Springfield XD-e .45 acp: nice option

I found a new XD-e .45 auto at my LGS.

For anyone who like a DA/SA single stack .45 for a carry gun, this is a good option.

It’s very slim and has a 3.3 inch barrel. You can carry either decocked in DA, or cocked and locked. The DA trigger is very smooth and relatively light. Much lighter than my HK usp and beretta 92.

Haven’t shot it yet, but all reviews seem to portend 100 percent reliability.

It’s 25 ounces and 6+1 capacity with the flush mag. 7 rounders are available.

Here’s a comparison to my Glock 33.
