Just picked up my second Iver Johnson with a knuckle duster. This one is blued 6" in 32. Still need one in 38. Anyone else have one of these?

Neat piece. I have seen a a few but don't have one myself. This might get more attention and comments if you moved it to the " Firearms & Knives Other Brands" section in the same area as the Lounge.

Default Bourne Pistol Grip

There is a story line to these "Pistol Grips" as they were titled by the Patent holder. However, they were clearly listed as a benefit to "fighting" or for fighting to provide a solid grip. I believe only 5,000 were made and if you notice in the Patent drawing? It was originally designed for the Harrington and Richardson. They have matching numbers with the gun. I have only one in my collection and it's also on an Iver Johnson hammerless .32 and it's in poor condition but it's matching. The patent is dated May 10,1904 so guns having this feature are considered Curios.

I’ve never seen the device on a 38 but they are listed as available.
Here is the patent info.

Here is another .32 caliber Iver Johnson, 4" barrel, nickel, with the Bourne Knuckleduster serial numbered to the gun.
