Default 3rd Hubertus Lever Auto

This one (top in photo) is a recent production. The other two are earlier knives, I was told. I'm no expert. The first two came in tooled leather pouches, but the small one came in a little box. The saw blade on the larger of the three is manual opening and my new small knife has file worked liners and back spring. Oddly, one is marked Germany and the others are marked W-Germany, as in Cold War era.

I’ve wanted one of these for a long time and was about to order when the shipping times got crazy due to Covid. I really like the largest one in your pic, though I have no real need of the saw. I just like large pocket knives, my EDC is always a jumbo trapper, either a Camillus or a couple different GECs. Very neat knives you have there.

I used to play with these back in the actual Cold War, in West Germany --
aahhhh, good times!!! I would sharpen them straight-razor sharp and one of my buddies would see it and have to have it. I'd sell it to him at my cost, then go buy a different model to play with. Unfortunately, I was afraid to bring any back due to the prevailing ignorance about "switchblades/legality" in the US at the time. I have seriously regretted
that I didn't bring one home ever since. Lessee, that would have turned 40 years ago, just a couple of months ago...

Congrats on your nice knives!!!
John

I really like the one with the saw. Is this a current model?

The one with saw blade is marked W-Germany. I have seen pictures of that model on the net but have not seen one for sale.
