Just wait and be patient. It may take 6 months or a year more, but eventually you will get it.
Your other option before you sent in the order, was to buy the items on ebay, which would have cost you a ton more. Or, you could buy the plastic modern version.

E,
I had the same experience a few years back and your concerns are the exact reasons I choose not to do business with them any longer.
I can understand wait times but the no response to inquiries with the check being cashed as the only indicator that I may get what I paid for eventually is unacceptable.
I have used T grips for close to 30 years on all my revolvers as they just fit me perfect, my alternative product has become BK Grip adapters, not as many color choices but top notch service and an upgraded design.
Although I have not gotten around to trying one out yet I did find that Robertson’s Trading Post is making their own stainless version for J frames.

Paid for one years ago that allegedly shipped 6 months after the order but I never got it. BK gets my business these days.

Tyler routinely violates the Federal Trade Commission's 30 day rule. How they continue to get away with it amazes me...or doesn't anyone ever file a complaint?

I needed a couple grip adaptors a while back and no way I would deal
with Tyler or pay scalper prices. Tried BK and had great service and also
I was pleased with the design. BKs have 2 sets of clips so the grips
get a better hold on the adaptor.

Tyler adaptors are made by a business apparently incorporated as Tomahawk Grips LLC. The name does currently appear on the Tyler website with the Newalla PO box address. The name and address of the operator as it was registered with the state of Oklahoma is below, although that is cancelled now. I’ve found nothing newer. Maybe try sending him a letter.

The place as currently constituted is a scam. It still exists because of all the apologists. There's a name for it: "the sanction of the victims".
Don't be a victim. Go with BK.

I've been waiting a little over 8 months for an aluminum-colored T Grip for a Ruger Speed Six. Ordered 2/12/21, my check cleared my bank in early March
I haven't tried to contact them. In the past my texts went unanswered.
I've been buying T Grips since the late 1970s.

Only problem is once you ring the bell, they take 7 months to answer the door.

I feel your frustration. 13-14 months of no updates, but I eventually received it.

From all the stories I've red on Tyler, I'm not sure why anyone continues to do (or try to do) business with them.

I stopped dealing with them years ago and gave my three Tylers to my sons. I found a few of the old Pachmayrs on line and figured out a very easy and positive way to get them to stop wiggling. I like them a lot better than the Tylers or BKs for the feel.

Tyler T Grip rules:
Pick which ones you want.
Order and send check.
You will not get any communication from them, nor will you be able to contact them.
You will know they received your order when your check has cleared.
Now wait a couple of months to 2+ years for your order to arrive.
If you don't like this, deal with BK. You will never think of Tyler sgain...

You'll get it. It took me 13 months. Don't expect to hear from them. It'll just show up in your mailbox when you least expect it.

You'll get your T Grip eventually I got one I'd ordered so long back I forgot about it. When you do get it, you'll probably be disappointed. Modern T Grips aren't like old T Grips at all. They're not marked, for one thing.

The foolishness of actually trusting the frauds at Tyler's amazes me. Is the thing being metal instead of polymer really that important that you'll accept being defrauded of your money??

I ordered a Tyler grip for an N-frame back in 2018 and while it allegedly shipped, I never received it. I won’t make the mistake of ordering from them ever again. Have dealt with BK since and will continue to- very happy with them.

I ordered 2 several months ago. No product in hand. Had I known about all these problems I would not have ordered from them. Now I guess I'll just wait in line. ZZzzz. Won't make the same mistake twice.

I’m not sure if I’m reading this convoluted “refund” policy right, but it sounds like they will only refund your money if they haven’t shipped your item yet, and then they will keep the $8.75 shipping for the item they never shipped.
I will likewise offer this to anyone here - send me 45 bucks and I will send you back 37.50. It’ll take a while though.

I ordered one from Robertson Trading Post the other day. Hopefully their service is okay...I wanted to try the BK one in black, but was turned off by PayPal as the only way to pay. I wont deal with Paypal if I can avoid it. They are anti gun.

I’ve had the same experiences as many others w/Tyler T and stopped doing business w/them. BK Grip Adapters, a member of this Forum if memory serves, makes a superior product and their customer service is top notch.

I have purchased from them a dozen times and so far so good.
So slow......YES.
But a little research would tell you that before you order.
Just sent them an order last week and will be surprised when it arrives. Who doesn't like a surprise?
Cost of doing business for the real deal.

The more people order from them and just shrug their shoulders and say "that's the way it is", the more they enable this quasi-fraudulent behavior.

I’ve had two from Robertson’s. The fit on the first was awful and off it went to regions unknown. The second I got fits perfectly and I’m very happy with it. Since it was going on a stainless gun I wanted the polished version.
I also recently bought a BK adapter for my 19-3 and it’s flawless, excellent product- I hope a polished offering comes along at some point.

Erik, 7 months wait is totally unacceptable. I waited 10 months for my last one a few years ago.
I for one will never buy from them ever again. There are better options now.

What's amazing to me is that people will routinely pay high prices for OEM vintage S&W grips, vintage aftermarket grips, King sights, vintage Millet sights, etc.
But $75 for a vintage Tyler Adapter online?
The Earth will stop spinning, gravity will cease, and we will all be cast into the void.
If you want "the real deal" just like you remember from back in the day, online sites abound with them and they are readily available.
Just my $.02 and no, I don't order directly from Tyler either.

I very much like the BK adapters and their fantastic and fast service. However, a good shooting friend told me that if I want a Tyler I should only order them when I really do not need them and then order a J,K, L, and N frame one because eventually I will have enough revolvers to put them on.
