Victorinox Swiss Army Knife Warranty Question
I have a Victorinox Swiss Army Knife that has a couple of the tools (both on same side) that no longer lock in the closed position. Would that be covered under warranty? Any tips on how to send it back to Victorinox? Do they have repair centers? Thanks.

I may just take advantage of that $5 service charge and have them install new scales on this one. I found it on a road while deer hunting a couple of days after a snowstorm when the snow had melted a little. I saw something red and knew immediately what it was.
That was probably 40 years ago. At some point the scale on one side cracked and lost a big chunk. Plenty of life left in the blades and tools still.

Knife Warrenty Repairs
I have found that most of the knife companies to be excellent at repairing their goods. Just send them back to the company ( Name and address on the computer), with a letter discribing the problem. Send two of my grandsons knifes back this past year and both came back good as new.

About two years ago I called to purchase a pair of tweezers to replace those that was lost by me, the lady
asked for my physical address and once that was given to her I asked if they accepted credit card to
which she responded that my order was placed and there would be no charge.
A couple weeks later I received 6 pairs in the mail. Excellent customer service.

Victorinox will square you away. They are an “old-school” company that takes care of their customers.

I have several that have damaged blades and a few of the tools won’t open. Ive had them a long time. Wonder if that’s covered? I’d guess not.
