Got A Great Bargain Today.
So I was browsing around at my favorite pawn shop and I saw this Charter Arms .22 Magnum revolver there. It had a “home made” stainless steel ejector rod, but it works perfectly. Got it out the door for $100.

Stratford gun, should be a good one. I don't recall those ever coming with adjustable sights, front sight looks tweaked as well.
Got on a Charter kick a couple years ago. The earlier Bridgeport and Stratford guns are really pretty nice.

That’s quite a deal for $100- well done OP. I’ve always had good experiences with Charter Arms guns.

I'll bet that one
Has a pretty healthy muzzle flash and report!
They are good guns.
I have an all stainless Pathfinder .22 lr with a 3" barrel that has a great action and is plenty accurate as well.

Good buy.. Well worth the 100 bucks, and should make a great carry piece.
I have looked at several in 38 special, but never bought one.
Had a bad charter arms experience 40 years ago, with a bulldog 44.
I just could not keep together, with factory or even reduced power reloads.
The cylinder would get to the point that it would bind when it rotated.
Not sure why. Maybe it was just too lightly made for the 44 special it was chambered in?
Gun smith fixed it the second time, and i swapped it off, and paid some boot for a model 19-3. Still have it, and still love it.
