Default Remington Rand 1911 A1 update

As promised, here are before and after pics of my Remington that I recently had some work done on. It's better seen than the picture I am presenting.

Also, the one who sold this 1911 to me gave me the grips. I took a picture of the markings inside it. Can anyone tell if these are WWII grips or new production ones? Thanks in advance.

they are correct, original grips for the RR. made by Keyes as indicated by the K in the star. thanks for sharing. lee

Truckemup97, I never got over the need to own one. Yes I tried to resist but, well... No use resisting though, it'll get to you soon
