Fraud alert

Received email in response to a wanted ad I posted. Came from monicalkardarhina Their profile shows zero posts and just joined. Also cut & pasted my ad title. Fraud alert. Not sure if I am sending this warning to correct place. I have attached copy of what came to my email.
