Default Anti-gun ads

Just curious. I notice the Ad Choice box on the left side of the website. Sometimes it will have a Brady Campaign advertisement which solicits support for gun control measures. I find it an unwelcome ad especially on a pro-gun, pro-2A, pro-NRA forum.

Why is that kind of ad allowed on this site? Is there any way to prevent it?

Thanks, Jon

Can you think of a better place for "them" to spend (waste) their money?
I think all of the anti's money should be spent that way.

HB77 is right on target. I love it when people I will never support waste their money trying to get me to see their point of view.

From an old thread on the topic-

Just substitute 'his' for 'her' in the response below.

Google ads are random, and not chosen by us. I don't see that ad because Google is smart enough to show them to people in her area.

CONSOLE yourself with this- that ad was WASTED on you. Her advertising money was WASTED by showing that ad to YOU.
Don't you wish "we" were the only people who see "their" ads?

See my post above.
Wrong move.
Every presentation of that ad you see is one LESS that will be shown to someone else on another website.
In other words, take one for the team.

Never thought if it like that, but you guys make sense. I'll take one for the team, but I just can stand even looking at those people...makes me cringe!
