Click the button to the right of the "quote button" on each post you want to quote. That is the "Multi Quote" button. Then hit the "Post reply" button at top of page. All the posts that you want to quote should appear in the reply box.

Haven't tried it yet myself but it sounds simple enough that even a penguin could do it.

No, it still won't work. I've heard that people that use Mozilla Firefox(which is what I use) can't get it to work, but I've seen other posts from people that use Mozilla that don't have a problem with it. Any more ideas?

To reply to multiple posts per the FAQ...

Quote:
If you want to post replies to multiple posts you can select them by clicking the multi quote button. This button will change to indicate that you've selected it. Clicking post reply will then bring you to the full editor with all the posts quoted.
Can't blame I.E for this one. I tried Firefox and I.E. and it doesn't work.I think Lee's chimps wrote something into the program that they aren't telling us.

It works fine in Firefox. I suspect it works in IE too. The key is to hit the little button next to quote so you see the little yellow symbol. Click on each message you want to quote and THEN for the last one hit the big Quote button. And walla! Keep trying and all will unfold before you....good luck.

I still can't get it to work! I've tried clicking the multi-quote on several posts & then clicking the post reply button at the top of the thread, or multi-qouting & then clicking the post reply button at the bottom of the thread. I've tried multi-quoting several & then clicking the quote button on the last I post I want to quote...no dice.

Try using the big Quote button for the last message you want to quote in your post.

Or Posting more than one quotation

I give up!!! Tried all of the tips given here and nada.

It's not that big of a deal for the few times that I wanted to use it.

Sorry, I dunno. Yea, I 'm just showing off. I really have no idea why it isn't working for you but I would still try from time to time. Not sure if you turn your computer off regularly but I am a firm believer in the "miracle of reboot." But I'm really just grasping at straws.

Tips and techniques have already been beaten to death here. It's obvious (?) that there is something outside of the Forum that is preventing a lot of us from "multi-quoting".

I've tried my smartphone,tablet,I.E.,Chrome and Firefox with no success.I lowered the security settings and it did nothing.I have all of the recent upgrades for Adobe Flash,Java and it seems every other program that insists you need it.I would seriously doubt that my server is causing the problem but what do I know???

Unfortunately, repeating what works for others is not the solution for those of us where it doesn't work.
