Hitting the Limit on PMs
When I send a PM to a full mailbox, do I get a message that it did not post??

Yes, I tells you that your PM can't go through because the recipient's box is full.

No but you can send it to yourself and then forward or copy it later to send it to the intended recipient once they've cleared out their inbox.
