Default rubiconproject.com

When I try to load a page it will take up to 20 seconds to load while showing "waiting for rubiconproject.com" or similar message. Browser is Google Chrome but I have the same problem with Firefox.

This wait is making the forum useless. Is there any way to make rubiconproject.com go away?

Thanks.

I've had the same issue this morning only. Message appears in a small window at the left bottom of the page, which will move to the right side if I hover my cursor over the window. When the cursor is moved, the window moves back to the left side. It appears every time a page change is made and the wait is certainly a pain! Hope this can be resolved.
