PA Guns and Ammo backed out of deal so how do I repost a closed thread

Sent a pm to s&wchad but haven't heard back.
A few days ago I posted a 1956 Marlin 39A for Sale. PA Guns and Ammo
replied with " I will take it" and sent me their FFL. I took the gun 30 miles across town to give to my FFL to ship. He packaged it and created a shipping label to ship when I received the money and then today PA Guns and Ammo called and said they decided not to get it.

1. How do I repost a thread that is already closed since I want to repost it?
2. Can I leave negative feedback for PA Guns and Ammo for backing out on the deal ? I can understand with an individual but not a dealer.

That is explained in Rule 2 in the classifieds-

"If we notice a commitment to buy posted in your ad, we will close it. If the transaction falls through, report the ad by clicking in the upper right corner of the ad and we'll reopen it for you."
