Where To Report A Scammer?

Scammer just joined the Forum and has contacted me offering a bogus sale.

Please advise

He hasn't posted yet or sent me a pm here, just a direct email.
And he just joined yesterday after I asked him for his Forum name.

If he made a member profile you can copy and paste the link to his profile into your post, then report your own post so the staff can find his profile page easily.

Delete his emails and do not respond.

It's not a good idea to post your direct email in your posts here because any scammer can contact you.
If a scammer that hasn't joined the forum emails you, there is nothing the staff can do.
If he has joined, they can ban his IP address.

I'm not sure if there is an actual "procedure".
I do know that the staff wants to know about it if a scammer is working the forum. I just thought of the "report post" method because I think it gets seen by the whole staff, rather than sending a PM to one moderator who may or may not be logged in at the time.

I also got a PM answering my WTB 629 Classic Barrel ad. This is the 2nd time I have got one of these PMs from a so called new member with no posts. I deleted this one. Last one I was stupid and sent him an email. I never heard back. Here is his user name>>>[email protected]
