New Glitch!!

Seems a New Glitch just came up since the Forum's back up & running!!

To explain a bit...I just posted a Response to a Members Inquiry and when I clicked on New Posts to get back to the New Threads Page it's now coming up with a Message stating I have to wait 11 more seconds before it will redirect me...That's been nearly 20 Minutes ago now & still haven't been able to get back to the New Posts Page!!

Tried everything I could think of...Any Ideas??
