I'm 99% certain it's your browser. MS stopped supporting upgrades for Windows IE, which means as websites like this one upgrade their software, IE may or may not remain compliant. On top of that, this forum did do an update not long ago, which falls in line with what I'm saying. That also explains why your browser works on other sites, which most likely haven't upgraded in some time. One sure way to confirm this is to load another browser on your computer and see if it cures the problem. My suggestion would be Mozilla Firefox. Many people also use Chrome, but given Google's proclivity for collecting user information, I shy away from their products as much as I can.
