Instead of the endless bumps to a thread, it's easy enough to just delete any previous post that contain no new info.

Reading 3 pages of " back to the top" is ridiculous.

Thank you.

Three pages of "back to the top" could be interpreted as a suggestion to revisit the issue of price.....

In some cases, it's people who are making/marketing items (think sight mounts, plugs, etc.,) not just someone bumping the same item over an over.

I tried this to delete some of my "bumps" in my ad, but when I do this I can't find any way to "delete" the "bump" post...Not sure what I'm doing wrong?

Go to your post, hit edit, then hit delete. You will see "edit options". Be sure to hit the circle next to "delete this message", then hit delete again, otherwise the post will not be removed.
That's what I do, might not be the best way but it works for me.

Thanks for your input, but when I hit edit, No "edit options" comes up...I am familiar with the "delete" function that you speak of...it just does not come up for some reason???

Can the forum IT folks help out pharman?

We spent some time trying, but his page did not show the same format as mine did using two different methods to delete a post.

I can delete, he can't.

Forum issue, internet provider, etc?

Not sure if I used the correct terms above. Not a techie myself, so my wife tells me
