scam?
I just logged on to the form web site and got a pop up that said I was the lucky member drawn to get a freebe if I filled out a S&W Forum survey. I should have known when it said Freebe. I got advertisement for male enhancements, ETC.

Definitely a scam. They want you to order the free item without reading the terms of service, which most likely include a year-long commitment at so much per month. The survey is just to pull you in.
