open notifications?

I can no longer find a way to open my notifications. when I click on the notifications icon, only a little bit of the question, directly under the word "your" notifications appears, and I can't open anything. Can you help me, please?

I cannot open mine using Ipad with Chrome.
But I can open them using Windows Desktop and Foxfire.
