Viewing Picture Problem
When clicking on a picture the page turns black.Ads are popping up as well. Laptop with windows 7.

Pop up ads are slowing the pages down and still get a black screen when I click on a picture. Have to refresh the page to get rid of the black.

We do not have popup ads. We have ads in static locations.
Since you are a Bronze donor, you will not see any ads from us.
If you are seeing popup ads, run your virus and malware scans.
It sounds like you have slow internet service. You can test your speed by Googling "internet speed test".

The ad was in the center header window which today is gone.Picture viewing is back to normal. Don't know what you did but things are good to go now. Thank You.

Most malware / virus protection programs do daily scans. Perhaps yours finally caught up with the culprit and zapped it.

Why can I view most photo albums but cannot view others?
I get a statement saying I do not have authorization.

Those albums belong to members that no longer have album privileges, so they are closed to viewing.
