windows 10 just did an update and now says this website is not secure.
what is happening here?

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the Norton and McAfee certs of the site's security. Win10 security is giving that message because the site address begins with http instead of https. Because there are no credit card transactions (or other security risks) conducted on site, the https protocol isn't needed.
