inability to add photos or contact administrator

When I try to add JPG photos to a 'For Sale' post I receive the following error message: "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

When I try to inform the administrator I receive the following error message: “Invalid Post specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator”

What am I doing wrong? I have posted photos to classifieds in the past?

Log out and log in again or clear your temp files and cookies.
When attaching pics, also note the size limits. If your pics are too large, they won't upload.
