Change in Checking Account Number

I recently renewed my forum membership and authorized a withdrawal from one of my checking accounts. I wish to change the account that is used. Can I make this change here in the forum, or will I have to contact Pay Pal?

A few years ago my Pay Pal account was hacked and I reduced the balance in the checking account to $5.00. I no longer use Pay Pal.

If I understand your question correctly, there is no need to change it until next time you wish to have a withdrawal made. There are no auto withdraws here, they are only made at your request.

I went in to the "Donations" section of the forum this morning with a goal towards editing and changing the checking account number. Since Pay Pal is essentially against 2A, I ended my relationship several years ago. When I was using Pay Pal all of my purchases went to this special checking account. However, I was not able to accomplish this task this morning.

As you suggested, I'll make a note to myself in Calendar to use another payment method next year when I renew my forum membership.

PayPal being anti 2A is a bit of a myth. While they will not facilitate payment for firearms and high capacity magazines, they do allow purchase of many other firearm parts, including I believe ammo and components, not to mention facilitating membership payments for forums such as ours. The restriction on firearms to avoid becoming another Remington Arms type Sandy Hill target rather than anti 2A sentiments. In my (sometimes) humble opinion, not wishing to be sued does not equal anti 2A sentiment, especially if that is the only example one can provide. I do not believe PayPal finances anti 2A legislation nor endorses anti 2A candidates.
