I recently rediscovered an old holster marked in cursive writing, "Hercules" on the front and "18 88 3 NN" on the belt loop. It appears to be original and intact, and looks like it was for a small .32 to .38 revolver. I don't want to assume that the numbers on the loop indicate a date of manufacture, unless someone more knowledgeable than I confirms this for me. None the less it fits very well with my old .38 S&W DA top-break! Does anyone have information on the Hercules holster (or leather) company and it's markings? Thanks, Waistgunner
