Default Holster identification

Just picked up a nice holster out of the "junk" box at a gun shop for 5 bucks. Fits my 4 inch 357 S&W 581 perfectly....The "snaps" have a "Rams head" on them. On the back are letters I can't identify then sheep something, then more letters I can't read...It has a Model # (I guess) Number 4418 on the back.

Anybody know the brand? TIA
Frank

Possibly a Safariland Holster.

I believe you have a Black Sheep brand holster. Google "black sheep holster" and you'll find several. Mine is a model 4401 and I see most others are also in the 44XX format. I also see they made cap gun holsters that are quite collectable.
