Question Holster Order

Does anyone here have any experience with CCWSUPPLY.BIZ ? I placed an order and have tried several times to get order status to no avail. I did receive an order confirmation when I placed the order.

Prices seem fair if they come through.

Thanks,

I'm having the same problem you did on a holster purchase. Can't get them to answer my emails. Did you ever get your holster?

Looks like the site is from around 2008, doesn't look like a good sign.

Well, wished I would of looked at this before I placed my order with ccwsupply.biz. The Better Business Bureau of Grand Ledge, Mi. gave them a rating of "F"! They got the "F" for the following reasons:

* 53 complaints filed against business
* Failure to respond to 42 complaints filed against business.
* Overall complaint history with BBB.
* One complaint filed against business that was not resolved.

BBB said file contains a pattern of complaints in which consumers state they ordered and paid for merchandise through the company's website, but the product was not delivered.

I'm screwed.

Can you dispute it through your credit card?

I still have an open order from last May. No response to e-mails or written letters, no response to telephone calls, no holster. After I placed my order and didn't get anything, I too started checking and found that many others have had the same problem. I've made posts on a number of forums that this company should not be used; I suggest that we spread the word.

All of the people that have been scammed by this company have paid by credit card. They run the credit card immediately, but don't ship. My credit card was charged immediately upon placing the order. Note what the BBB said above.

Dispute it with your credit card company.

If you think the BBB report is bad, read these:

Well, I emailed Ross Leather, and today I received my holster from CCWSupply.biz. Did the email help, I don't know, but I was surprised to see the holster.
