Default Anyone order from Barsony Holsters & Belts?

They had a banner ad on the top of the page and I need a new belt and their prices looked good for a basic leather belt.

Anyone have dealings with them?

I have bought a couple of holsters from him, and several people in my department use Barsony Holsters for off duty carry.

I find his holsters to be medium duty, but they are priced as such too. I've not had any problems dealing with him, but I've only bought off the shelf stuff from him off of eBay.

The holsters I've purchased are a softer finished leather, which is really good if you're worried about protecting the finish on your firearm.

Here's a picture of a Barsony Holster I bought for my Walther PPKS with python hide that I'm pleased with. (The belt is "Get's Better With Age" belt from Duluth Trading Company. I have two and really like them.)

The holsters look more like "pouch type" 1950's era holsters than today's combat type holsters do. They rely on the strap and snap for retention instead of a precisely fitted hand boned stiff leather modern holster does. Might be OK for the Sunday BBQ (the hair-on holsters look nice), but I do not think I would use them as a serious CCW rig. Just my .02 cents

Thanks. I am just looking for a belt. Everything around here is bonded leather made in China.
