Default Anyone Recognize This Nice Berns-Martin Style Holster?

I found this nice little left handed holster in the bottom of the $5 junk holster box at my favorite gunshop. The B-M "influence" is obvious. It is marked "Handi-Holster" S.F. Gun Exchange, San Francisco, Calif. M&P.
I don't have a 2" K-frame but always wanted one. When a freshman in high school my freinds and I would cut school and take a bus to S.F. (a quarter each way), drink beer at Coit tower then trip around, always ending up at the S.F. Gun Exchange where the clerks would let a longhaired kid handle and drool over the $225 brand new Colt Single Actions. Have you ever encountered holsters marketed by this great but now defunct store (S.F. chased them out)?

It's a 1953 Colt Cobra that languished in the tiny used gun counter of a stockton gun shop for $300. I finally offered $250 and got it with a Bianchi left hand holster that went with it. At least I told the clerk it probably did since it was was lying near the gun. Probably an old carry gun that was worn a lot but cared for and nice as new inside. This great oldtimer was probably a cop's off-duty gun that he trusted his life with. Those cheap Coltwood grips are very comfortable.

Those grips look greenish in color.

They are a weird chocolate brown. This was a strange post war phase of Colt grips for them to use these. They aren't even solid.
