Try Ray at Lobo Gunleather. He's a member here and I have one of his flap holsters. I got in the classifieds here, but it was pretty much band new.
It's right nice and very practical.

Ray is da Man when it comes to flap holsters. I have one each for a three inch j-frame, a four-inch K-frame, and a four inch N-frame. I don't have a picture of the N-frame holster, but here is the K-frame holster with the old Model 19-3 I carry in it. Price, quality, and turn-around time are always top-notch when you deal with Ray.
***Sorry, I got called out on an armadillo alert before I got the picture posted. Here is the holster.

One thing to mention about Ray's holster--I've got his K frame flap holster and the way he has the belt loop set up you can carry it cross draw as well as strong side.
Makes it very convenient if you are driving or riding something.
