I just purchased a gun belt and holster that I was told would fit an S&W 357 with a 4 inch barrel- the holster is made by George Lawrence and is model 120 526. Is there anyone who can tell me what the Lawrence size chart says it should fit?

According to the 1968 Shooters Bible, the model 120 is a fast draw holster named the Keith and size number 526 fits a 4" K-22 or K-38 Combat Masterpiece. A different size number (549) is listed for the 4" Models 19 & 53.
