Default Lawrence leather info?

Picked this one up a couple days ago -
As you can see in the pics, it fits the K frame M66 perfectly. I've also included a back shot w/ the Lawrence markings.
I know some of you are as leather knowledgeable as you are guns -
Soo any idea when it was manufactured and what gun it was specifically designed to fit?

Thanks,

Bruce

The Lawrence code 27FCSW size 549 is made to fit a K Frame 4" with the shrouded ejector rod barrel, so your M66 is a perfect match. The model code 27 does not appear in my 1970 catalog but does appear in my 1955 catalog so it was made between that time. I'd guess mid 60's ?
Letter Codes: The FC letters mean Floral carved with Chamois lining. The SW letters mean Sight protector (I'm assuming your holster has a welt sewn in over the rear sight to protect against wear) and White lacing instead of the standard brown. It's just coincidental that SW could stand for Smith & Wesson, a similar optioned holster for a Python would have the same letter codes. The 3 digit number denotes the make/model/barrel length. That holster has a great combination of special order features.
