A Tribute To Elmer and Skeeter Holster...
...that didn't turn out quite like I wanted. I think the area below the trigger should flair out more. Also, it's the worst lacing I ever did. But I like the tooling which is based on the Lawrence patterns. The lacing was purposely left that color to contrast with the holster like Heiser and Lawrence holsters do. The belt is a Safariland that I bought when I was around fifteen and recently stitched loops on. While not all that thrilled with the end results, it would make a practical lightweight rig.

LOL! Actually, when I got it it was a little loose. So I cut off the buckle end and stitched on a billet with buckle. Couple dacades later I removed the billet and attached a new buckle where it was originally. Then I recently put bullet loops to hide the billet scars. It was too practical a belt to discard because of a bunch of stitching holes in it.

Wyatt; The holster reminds me of a Lawrence #120 I have for my old SA. Great holster & was recommended by Elmer.

I like it, Wyatt. I also admire the amount of good use you have gotten out of that old belt so far. I wonder what you will be doing with it next!
