Default Holster Question

What's the difference between tooled leather and carved leather? Is one more expensive, look better? I seem to remember Lobo leather saying my holster was sent out to be carved.
I'm still working on a pic of my rig but I like to shoot outside and it's too danged hot.

Isn't carving part of tooling? Hand tooled is different from stamped.

Basically carved, tooled and hand-stamped are different styles of the same thing, all are one-off handwork items. Then there is machine stamped and embossed which are mas produced products, and not nearly as aesthetically pleasing (or expensive).
