Can anyone tell me what a Tex Shoemaker and Sons - Model UD54 shoulder holster fits. It is an upside down holster that my father had (I inherited it). It fits a small frame revolver but I don't know which. A J Frame 2" will not stay in if jarred. I'm thinking it may be for a Charter Arms as he had one a long time ago, but I don't know anybody that has one now

Don't find anything. At the bottom of the TexShoemaker site there is a contact us link. I'm sure they would tell you if you are sure of the holster model number.

I have sent another request for info to them. Maybe they will answer it this time. I sent one some time back and never heard anything from them.

Try a Colt Detective Special or a Ruger SP 2.25". Both are relatively the same size. If still too small try a model 10 2".

I heard back from Tex Shoemaker & Sons. The holster was made for a Charter Arms Undercover revolver.
