Default Sneaky Pete Holster

Anyone use the Sneaky Pete Holster for there shield. I heard that when you pull the gun out the clip falls out because the holster pushes the clip button. I am thinking of buying one only if this doesn't happen. I like the idea that when I want to tuck my shirt in I could use this holster. Thanks

Not good for carrying a gun IMHO. To easily opened by someone or something else. Reminiscent of the Hip Sack in its day, but at least back then everybody was wearing them. The SP is just too obvious and too in your face IMHO. I personally would Pocket Carry your gun.

I don't know how it works for a shield, but I bought one for my J Frame 60 and it was the clip on model. Well made and the concept is good, however, I found it to be to big over all. It just didn't feel right, so I sold it. Some guys just love theirs, but it just wasn't for me...........

I have had the magazine popped on a couple of pocket autos in the past. This is one reason I use a revolver. Another option could be something with the "European" mag catch at the base of the grip.
I have a Desantis paddle which works so so. It has a nylon zippered pouch with elastic to hold an LCP with extra mag.
I don't know if it is still made.

Front pocket with a proper holster works with the LCP back pocket won't. THE MAG POPPED.
FYI pocket carry makes the weapon inaccessible when seated most times.

Good luck in your choice. What ever it is, use it at home and get accustomed to it before deploying it where your hide is on the line.
