Default Help IDing Old Holster--38 Top Break?

I recently picked this up because it was interesting. It appears to be a pocket liner type holster. In the photos I have my 32 Safety Hammerless installed... but it is a little loose and the cylinder doesn't quite fill the gap. On the back, it is marked 38 and 221, but I cannot find a maker's mark. The back panel is rigid like a concealment holster. It is rather large for what I expect for a pocket holster measuring approximately 4" x 7.5". There is a round hole in the top of the back panel. Anyone seen one like this? Thanks.

I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner. That is a Red Head Brand holster number, as shown in the photo of the 1939 catalog page below. Red Head Brand made holster for a number of retailers during the 1st half of the 20th Century.
