Good owb for 4566?
What holster/s do you guys like for your 4566s? I want something that is an owb, rides snug that would be good for ccw during the cooler/colder months (under jacket/sweatshirt carry), prefer leather. Thanks!

When I was issued a 4566, I used a Kramer belt scabbard made of horsehide. Extremely well made holster and worth every penny. Since that is a heavy pistol, I would be sure to get their 1 1/2 inch horsehide belt as well. I have been wearing one of those daily since 2001 and it is still going strong. While their products cost more up front, their service life is incredibly long. I believe they are one of the best values on the leather market.

In my opinion any pistol that big needs a pancake style holster and a sturdy belt..wear it snug almost uncomfortable snug key word is (almost). Depending on you size! I'm pretty slender and as I get older I seem to have lost my butt. subsequently keeping a heavy pistol even in a very good pancake holster can slip down rather easily..Grip starts to weigh it's self away from body and all of a sudden a holstered pistol starts to show. I carry a BHP sometimes in a Lobo pancake and find it about as good as my no butt frame can get away with......Not the holsters fault.....You can get used to (some what) to a tight belt over time....When I carry that big of a pistol I make sure I wear a outer shirt that is big enough to cover the weapon under all but real strenuous activities..At 75 I try real hard not to get into those activities...."been there and done that"

You know there was only like 1200 4567s produced!?
I cary my 4586 (DA only version of the 4566). Same size as yous but all stainless. I carry in a iwb holster because being pulled in and held from both sides make it seem like it's 1/2 the weight
