High ride rig for a 6906 - need ideas
Leatherworkers! Here's what I need - a rig that rides higher than my El Paso Saddlery rig - their #88 "Street Combat:
#88 "Street Combat" Holster
or their Sky Six:
Sky Six
I just want the gun to be where a somewhat short vest still covers is well. Any ideas?

Take a gander at Mernickle Gun Leather.. They got some really high riders. They are so high that they are kind of tippy if you don't have one heck of a gun belt to hold it up.

I could stitch ya up a holster that can be made to ride higher than the sky six but like Iggy said, you'll need one heck of a belt to hold it up. Even then it'll probably be a bit tippy.

Purdy Gear's stuff is gorgeous - but what holster were you suggesting?
