A simple Galco IWB retention holster was purchased as I have a similar ankle holster that has worked well for me. Unfortunately the lack of cant had it annoyingly rotating counter clockwise leaving the butt hanging out.

Not finding anything that looked appealing, I decided to attach the clip at a more suitable angle for behind the back carry. After a couple hours sewing and some sore fingers I think it's gonna work out:

It ain't pretty, but I like it.

The only other annoyance is that the sharp edge of the steel plate attaching the retention snap can irritate bare skin. I think some soft side velcro will fix that.
