Default FYI on a Belt option: Frequent Flyer Belt

Been experimenting with a Wilderness Tactical's 1.5"/ 5 stitch "Frequent Flyer" Belt. Nice and stiff with a double ring buckle (non metallic) ........

Infinitely adjustable over about a 3" range.......it allows me to carry a Sparks IWB double single stack mag pouch...... OWB but under the belt along with a Sparks Summer Special IWB holster for my 3913 ... in comfort.

After using one over the winter I can recommend it as an option to a leather belt.... currently ordering a second one in Coyote Tan $38.95

I have a 1.5"/5-stitch Frequent Flyer belt. It's definitely a good option to have.

I still prefer my Beltman, though.

I've been using mine for more rough use........ so I don't have to worry about scuffing up a good leather belt.

I like that belt. Looks very practical. Funny, I'd never heard of them or the company. Looked at their website. I like their Sonoran shirts, too, especially the retro gecko one. Sigh. More money.

I've had one of these for over a year....easy to adjust, and tough as nails.

I've bought a few of the Wilderness Tactical belts, I even sent two back to the company to have the Velcro replaced, for a minimal fee. I wore them at work because the nylon webbing held up better at getting wet than my leather belts.
It is an excellent outdoorsman's belt, when hunting I use the 1.75" wide 5 stitch as a holster belt for my M-329, ammo pouch, and fixed blade knife sheath.

I have 2....a 1.5 instructor and a 1.25 frequent flyer......when the velcro got old on my instructor I just cut it off and bought some new stick on velcro tabs at the 99 cent store.....works great.

Default THEY WORK WELL, WHEN STANDING.

Sitting down the edges can feel real sharp, if you put on a few lb's. 2 instructors here. No complaints otherwise but maybe leather with an insert between layers??? The search is never ending. Please report back after using the buckle for an emergency repelling carabiner.
