Please delete if I shouldn't post this. but it is not for sale and I would never attempt one for someone else. This is about 28 years old. It's based on the two gun shoulder holster skeleton vest Wes Hardin supposedly used. I wanted to see how the concept worked and it really does. The holsters do not wobble and it's very comfortable. No, I don't walk around the house this way. But since I can barely squeeze into it we took these pics to sell it. But then I changed my mind. If it wasn't for these forums, very few people I know would appreciate this stuff. So it is showing off a little, but also sharing ideas with like minded people. everyone I know likes modern stuff.

These holsters are slightly large in the trigger guard area and I once packed two breaktop S&W .44 Russians in them. A 5" D.A. and a 6 1/2" New Model #3. Other references to this type outfit is from Texas Ranger Jim Gillette who had one. And Elmer Keith mentions in "Sixguns" that we would like to have one made up some day. That was when he was talking about Wes Hardin's vest rig.

I like it.
You can sit or stand with your arms crossed, and your hands on your guns.

Pretty cool. Any reason they are both cross draw? Would seem easier to draw with the same hand the gun is on. Just curious, great looking rig.

I like high riding guns, but not that high for a regular butt to the rear draw. Plus, this was based on a rig that was said to be cross draw. The guns ride about where a regular shoulder holster would be, and though the guns are snug to the body, a twist strong side draw can be done. But i wouldn't do that with loaded guns. I think Jim Gillette said he didn't like the set up because his arms got in the way of each other when drawing both guns at once.

Very nice! :)

Having the two guns helps balance the rig to help your back and from a looks stand point as well. Plus for SA's it makes since as reloads are going to be slow, even if you do the old eject one load one.
